Exclusive Talk Session with PopUp Media 360 - Using XR for Live Broadcast of Esports Tournaments

At Zero Density's NAB Show booth, Ariel Stroh, the CEO and Founder of PopUp Media 360, presented on using XR for live broadcast of esports tournaments powered by Reality Engine. He talked through what they did, the concept, the virtual feast and the technology for League of Legends and Valorant by Riot Games, finishing with what’s next.

Delivering completely different, immersive experiences, the two had the same technical setup with elements like interactive AR, portal windows, object & camera tracking and virtual lighting using DMX. Fed by 4 Reality Engines, 7 LED walls were used, providing a complete XR environment.
